Web User Account Guidelines

As a new visitor to our website, you are welcome to create a user account where your quote history is logged and also receive new products alerts. Commercial buyers may qualify to receive further discount if the application is made on behalf of a recognised Government agency, Aboriginal Land Council, OEM, or ABN registered Trade Reseller.

Note: (Special conditions apply for Local Rural Fire Brigade Web Account users).

To qualify as a registered user, the applicant must apply using an email address with the domain of the organisation they represent as a buyer. ie: xxx@ gov.au or registered business domain.

Email addresses with Gmail Hotmail or other public domains does not provide sufficient evidence that the user or the application is legitimate and will be rejected without notice.

Once the account request has been completed, the account site administrator will verify and approve the account status within two business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the application has been and the customer category has been applied to the account.

To apply, the applicant must complete the form below with their name and contact details; then select the customer category that best describes the organisation you represent as a buyer. Successful applicants will be notified by email as soon as the application has been approved. The user may then login at any time in the future to receive a special price quotation.

Special Conditions: Local Rural Fire Brigades

Scotty Firefighter Australia recommends that Local Rural Brigades contact the authorised local Scotty Firefighter stockist in their state or territory to receive a Rural Fire Discount. Persons acting on behalf of a Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade may still obtain and receive a quote from this website however to receive a discount, a letter of authority from the brigade secretary or administrator will be required as part of the verification and approval process.

Email addresses with Gmail or hotmail domains does not provide sufficient evidence that the user is authorised to act on behalf of a brigade.

A confirmation email will be sent once the Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade status has been approved and the discount has been applied.
