The customer should only return faulty goods, when an RMA ( Returned Goods Authority) has been issued by Scotty Australia. The customer will be contacted by your local stockist or Scotty Fire Australia to advise where the faulty goods be sent. If you are in any doubt of the thread type or connection that you have, please contact your local stockist in your state or country for clarification.
